Service Family Accommodation - Who is responsible for what?

We all recognise the importance of SFA, and also recognise the significant changes that have occurred within the housing arena in recent years. We realise that these changes have led to some confusion as to which organisation has responsibility for different aspects of SFA housing. To help overcome this, DIO has created a short video "We all have a part to play". The video illustrates the responsibilities of everyone – Service families, MOD, CarillionAmey, Front Line Commands and DIO – when it comes to accommodation.
Please take a couple of minutes to watch this video, which can be viewed on DII or YouTube.

SFA Compensation Scheme fact sheet includes how to claim

DIO has launched a compensation scheme in the UK to cover missed appointments and significant issues at move-in for SFA. On occasion when standards are not met in these situations, you may be entitled to compensation, which will be paid through High Street vouchers.
Please note, the scheme took effect from 1st April 2017; no claims for compensation for events prior to that date will be considered. Please refer to this fact sheet for information and more details on how to claim.
